Electronic Invoicing

FPS offers various forms of electronic invoicing.

XML Invoicing

FPS customers with MAM systems can now receive electronic invoices and credits directly into their business system. The data is automatically entered into the purchase ledger system dramatically reducing manual errors, time and processing costs.

Email or Fax

Those without an MAM system can sign up to receive invoices and credits via email or fax.

We also give our customers access to an accounts function on the F:Drive allowing users to download and print copies of all invoices and credits.
